Men only have a few ways to accessorize: watches, hats, jewelry & sunglasses. The jewelry is limited, as it should be, and sometimes completely unacceptable, as it should be. Watches are great for giving a slight glimpse into your style, but they are much more about function and often about status. Hats are an under-utilized accessory that often get a bad rap due to badly dressed hipster. Sunglasses are universal, utilitarian, and can be quite personable. If the right sunglasses are chosen they can give a great glimpse into one's personality.
Retrosuperfuture is one of the companies that makes great eyewear, stylish, personal and functional. They have a unique view on the retro "Wayfarer" look that you see all over the the place. For some reason, their designs keep it fresh, even if they borrow from the retro RayBan look.
Personally, I think the beauty is in the clean simple lines and elegant minimalistic nature of the glasses. While they have glasses with flashy designs and colors, my favorite pairs are vintage colors and shapes. The flat top design on some of the designs provide the frames with a badass edge.
Since we don't have the opportunity to accessorize much, we might as well make the most of the chances we have. Retrosuperfuture certainly helps us out.
